Our members are the lifeblood of the industry. Those whose work is often kept behind the scenes and without public acknowledgment. And while our number one motive is to market our members to the masses, it's important to us that we do so in a way that also honours their privacy.
That's why any personal information collected on ProductionHeads.com will be kept strictly confidential and will not be made available to any persons, organizations or companies, unless required to do so by law. This excludes any information you select to post & make available to the public through your membership profile and any content submitted for the newsletter.

ProductionHeads will not make any personal information collected on the Website available in any way shape or form, subject to the following provison:
ProductionHeads reserves the right to periodically send you information from companies which we believe will be of interest or use to its members.
We also reserve the right to make available any general information which visitors have provided for publication in any bulletins or on the website.
And Marketing, it's also about marketing
ProductionHeads may compile general information you've provided us to create colourful pie charts, graphs, excel spreadsheets and things of that sort to better understand our members, for ex. age, location, profession, income, etc. And we reserve the right to publish and share our collected information, but in no way will we ever link your individual data with general data.
Just Browsing?
We are constantly analyzing the website logs to improve the value of the materials available to you. The website logs do not allow individuals to be identified, and ProductionHeads makes no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site.

Email Addresses on the D.L.
ProductionHeads maintains an email list to send out monthly newsletters and any additional information we feel may be of use to you. The only email addresses we collect are through our website when you sign up for our newsletter online or through your membership profile. Your email would only be available to anyone other than ProductionHeads staff should you choose to display it as contact information in your member profile.

ProductionHeads is all about community and as such, we welcome sharing links with others in the Film, TV & Theatre industry. But be advised that every website is unto their own and ProductionHeads in no way, takes any responsibility for the privacy practice of other sites. When you leave our Website to visit another site, you become subject to the other site's own privacy practices. ProductionHeads may amend this policy if there are changes required to keep up with governmental or operational policies. If we make any substantial changes to the way ProductionHeads uses your personal information we'll let you know by projecting our logo into the night sky with a spotlight, or something similarly effective in grabbing your attention like a home page posting or email.
