Advertiser Terms

(“PH” is Production Heads Network Inc ; “VAG” is Vancouver Actor’s Guide ; “Advertiser” is You.)

On payment of an invoice, advertiser expresses agreement to the policies below:

The fee is non-refundable unless otherwise negotiated.
Advertiser agrees to not hold PH responsible for any liability, loss, cost, claim, damage, or causes of action of any kind that it may suffer as a result of the transactions contracted herein.
Advertiser is responsible for providing all information and digital artwork to meet specifications, unless otherwise negotiated. PH reserves the right to determine the suitability of all ads/logos submitted, and to reject those that do not meet its editorial or digital criteria.
Advertiser understands that they will have no editorial input into the contents of either the newsletter or website.

Advertiser understands that the forum/message board provided on the VAG website is a public forum and the views expressed by individuals do not necessarily reflect those affiliated with or agents of PH or VAG.
Advertiser represents and warrants that: (a) it owns and controls all rights necessary to all images, graphics, and/or other intellectual property of any kind included in the information and artwork submitted to PH; (b) none of the information and artwork submitted will infringe upon the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right of any third party; and (c) none of the information and artwork provided will infringe upon the publicity and/or privacy rights of any person nor constitute a libel or slander to any person.
Advertiser hereby indemnifies and holds PH harmless from and against any claims, actions, losses and expenses arising from a breach of any of the representations or warranties set out herein.

PH has the right to remove, without notice, the Advertiser if the nature of the Advertiser’s company has changed to what is deemed inappropriate, illegal, or otherwise unrepresentative of the Advertiser at the beginning of this agreement.
Advertiser may request that their advertising be removed at any time. Logo/Ad placement will be removed within 72 hours of receipt of written request.
